These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Coinswyre website, press distribution services, and related products (collectively, the "Services") operated by Chainbull Inc., a company registered in the State of Texas, United States, with offices in India and the United Arab Emirates ("Chainbull", "we", "us", or "our").

By placing an order or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Coinswyre provides paid press release distribution, sponsored placements, AI-visibility packages, and related media services across third-party crypto, Web3 and financial publications. Publication of any content is subject to the editorial policies of each receiving outlet, which we do not control.

2. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and payable in crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT and supported networks) or fiat where indicated.
• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received and verified on-chain.
• Once a campaign is dispatched to outlets, payments are non-refundable.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on the third-party outlets' schedules.

3. Client Content & Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that any content you submit:

• Is accurate, lawful, and not misleading or fraudulent;
• Does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity right;
• Complies with all applicable securities, advertising, and consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction;
• Does not promote unregistered securities, Ponzi/pyramid schemes, hacked or stolen assets, or illegal activity.

We reserve the right to refuse, edit, or withdraw any submission at our sole discretion, including content flagged by partner publications.

4. No Investment Advice

Published material is sponsored editorial content. Nothing distributed via Coinswyre constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Readers should perform their own research.

5. Intellectual Property

All Coinswyre branding, site design, copy, and proprietary distribution tooling are owned by Chainbull Inc. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to distribute, syndicate, reformat and archive it for the purpose of delivering the Services.

6. Third-Party Publications

Outlets listed on the website (e.g., CoinDesk, Cointelegraph, Decrypt, The Block, etc.) are independent publishers. Their trademarks belong to their respective owners. Coinswyre is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or controlled by these outlets unless explicitly stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chainbull Inc.'s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific campaign giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or reputational damages.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Chainbull Inc., its officers, employees, affiliates and publishing partners harmless from any claim, damages or expenses arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
